Hello and welcome to the Private Beta phase of the Lonely Planet Developer Network. We initially launched our Developer API in conjunction with the BBC Mashed08 event in London, and now we are conducting a limited trial with a small group of selected developer partners. The API is strictly limited to non-commercial use except by explicit prior agreement with Lonely Planet.

You are welcome to register, and check out our Blog and Documentation, but unfortunately we have currently closed the program intake for the time being, so we will not be able to issue you with an API Key.
